Privacy

Your CV is used for one thing: matching it against the job ads. It is sent to an AI model (Anthropic) to read and score, and stored on our server in Germany for 7 days so you can come back to your results. Then it is deleted. We do not sell it, share it with employers or agencies, or use it to train anything.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.

The site sets no advertising cookies and uses no tracking scripts. The server keeps ordinary access logs for 30 days.

To have your CV deleted earlier, write to hello@findworkmalta.com with the date you uploaded it.
